Biography
Adam Robertson's photography first started in his childhood when he had a keen interest in documenting his travels and adventures with friends. Always with a camera in his hand he was soon known as the photographer of his group. His professional photography journey began in Sheffield where he bought his first DSLR and began working for some of the biggest clubbing events and festivals alongside the world’s finest DJs. Aged just 20, Adam was getting tearsheets and commissioned work as his reputation grew for his lively work with DJ's and live acts being featured and showcased in magazines such as DJ Mag, Mixmag, M8 and iDJ etc.
Five years on and Adam is a full time photographer shooting a wide range of subjects. He has travelled the country and Europe with his work for models and designers as well as many other private commissions. Adam's work is distinctive in style, be it privately commissioned, editorial or model portfolio building. He is internationally published with work in Scarlet Magazine, Front Magazine, M8 Magazine and The Daily Star. His Tearsheets reflect a vivid and eventful career, showcasing him as a photographer capable of capturing the moment no matter what the situation. Creativity and energy are a big part of his work, being able to make people at ease and making even the sternest face smile is why people hire him for job after job.
